Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 September 2026. This policy explains what TradeX collects when you use tradexpk.com, and what we do with it. TradeX is a trading school with campuses in Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan.

What we collect

The website has no accounts and no sign-in. Most of it can be read without giving us anything.

Booking a campus visit or applying: your name and WhatsApp number, plus the campus, day and time you choose. These are placed into a WhatsApp message that you send to us yourself. The website does not store them.

Buying a course book or an international seat: your name, contact details and payment are handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or hold your card details.

Visit counting: our own server counts anonymous page views: the page opened, the site or ad that sent you, and whether you are on a phone or computer. It uses no cookies and stores no IP address or name.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies and records your device type, approximate location and the pages you visit. It does not know your name.

Server logs: like every website, our hosting provider records the IP address and time of each request for security and fault-finding.

How we use it

To reply to you, confirm a visit, or process an enrolment or order.

To tell you about your course: schedules, changes, materials.

To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers who help us run the service: WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, our payment gateway for payments, Google for analytics and for the private spreadsheet where our team keeps application and campus-visit requests, and our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us stay in our WhatsApp business account until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Enrolment and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law in Pakistan requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@tradexpk.com or message us on WhatsApp; we will act within 14 days.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

Age

Our courses are for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must enrol on your behalf.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. For anything about your information, email info@tradexpk.com, message us through the WhatsApp numbers on the Visit page, or ask in person at either campus.
