Refund Policy

Last updated 9 September 2026. Two rules, one for each kind of seat.

Campus courses: no refunds

When you enrol in Karachi or Lahore, a seat in a small cohort is held for you, the mentor plans the batch around the people in it, and your materials are issued. For that reason the course fee is not refundable once paid — whether you change your mind, cannot attend, miss classes, or leave part-way through.

Please be sure before you pay. Visit the campus, sit in the room, and ask anything. We would rather answer every question first than take a fee from someone who is not certain.

International live seats: two classes, then decide

Attend your first two live classes. If you decide this is not the school we described, email us before the third class and we refund the seat fee in full. After the third class the fee is not refundable.

If we cannot run a batch

If TradeX is unable to run a batch or cohort you have paid for — for any reason on our side — you choose: a seat in the next one, or a full refund of everything you paid.

Every refund goes back by the method you paid with, within 10 working days, with no fee deducted.

Course books

Printed books are not returnable or refundable. If a book arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it.
