Last updated 9 September 2026. These terms cover the use of tradexpk.com and enrolment in TradeX courses, on campus or online.

What TradeX is

TradeX is an educational institution. We teach how the foreign-exchange market works and how to trade it with a process. We are not a broker, we do not manage money, we do not trade on your behalf, and we do not give personalised investment advice.

Trading involves risk

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products can result in losses that exceed your deposit. Nothing taught in our classes, printed in our books, or shown on this website is a promise of profit. Results shared by students are their own and are not typical or guaranteed. Any decision to trade, and any money you risk, is yours alone.

Enrolment and fees

A seat is confirmed when the course fee is paid and we have acknowledged it in writing, usually on WhatsApp.

Fees are as published on this website at the time of enrolment. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated.

Batch dates, timings and mentors may change. We will tell you as early as we can, and you may move to another batch at no cost if a change does not suit you.

Campus fees are not refundable once paid. International seats carry a two-class guarantee. Both, and the case of a batch we cannot run, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Attending class

Be on time and prepared. A seat in a small cohort is held for you, and repeated absence may cost you your place without refund.

Treat mentors and fellow students with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts a class, on campus or online, without refund.

Classes are not recorded — not by us, and not by you. Online classes are broadcast live from our classroom; recording, streaming or sharing a class, or your access to it, is not permitted and ends your enrolment.

Course materials

Course books, slides, recordings, playbooks and everything on this website belong to TradeX. They are for your personal study only. Copying, reselling, or teaching from them without our written permission is not allowed.

The website

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We may change or remove content at any time. Links to other sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for them.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TradeX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from our courses or this website. Our total liability to you for anything else is limited to the fees you paid us for the course concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Karachi. We will always try to resolve a problem directly with you first.
